Although some furniture manufactures do not offer a written or timed warranty, New Direction Home Furnishings would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. You are responsible for reporting in writing or email any damages or inaccuracies within 48 hours of pick up or delivery date to our Customer Services. Also, please do not hesitate to let us know if any problem happened during first 30 days of using (accidental or incidental damage, fading, and discolouration from light ). We will be repaired free of charge and if the item cannot be repaired, we will get replacement at no extra charge. A reselection will be offered if no replacement is available. Keep in the mind, with natural products such as leather or wood, some imperfections can be expected and are not considered a defect. Natural wear and tear of fabrics may occur over time and are not considered defects. The foam padding in some furniture can shrink, and the outer fabric may shrink with it.Many items have additional warranties which our sales associates will happy to explain to you during your purchase. No warranty for floor model sold "As-Is". Furniture provided for commercial use will not be covered under warranty.
